Q:  I have a promo code. How do I use it?
A:  Enter your code in the appropriate field in the checkout process.  You'll see the promo code take affect, and prices will adjust to
reflect your discount.

Q:  I messed up.  I finalized a tag with incorrect pet name/phone number/address.  What do I do?
A:  Immediately send an email to errors@simplytags.com describing the changes you'd like to make.  If your tag has not been
engraved yet, we'll be able to engrave it with the corrected text.  Unfortunately, this is a best efforts scenario - if your tag has
already been engraved and/or processed for shipping, we may not be able to offer a refund, so please check your order(s)
carefully before finalizing.

Q:  I want to order several tags for my dog park or municipality.  Do you offer discounts for large orders?
A: You bet.  We offer discounted pricing for orders over 10 tags, and even bid on large municipal rabies tag orders over 1,000
units.  Click on the "Bulk Orders" tab in the menu bar at the top of the page for more information.

Q: You mention that you "give back" to charities across the nation.  Really?
A:  Indeed.  SimplyTags.com pledges to give 5% of 2010 annual profits to non-profit animal benefiting organization(s) of it's choice.
