The founder of SimplyTags.com serves on a board of directors for a local dog park in Pennsylvania.  When searching for park membership tags, he
quickly became frustrated with the service, pricing, and ease of use of pet tag websites in general.  The time had come to launch a streamlined,
straightforward website...

There had to be a simpler website, tailored just to Pet ID Tags.  No playing games with shipping costs or additional fees for multiple lines of text.   Most
importantly, quality products and service at an affordable price.  SimplyTags.com was born with these ideals at the heart of our business.

Shipping Information: Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Shipping Information
Orders for individual tags and bulk orders up to 10 tags usually ship within 5 business days, and are often shipped next day. Orders larger than 10 tags
may take as long as 10 business days to ship.  We ship using USPS First Class Mail to the continental US. For international orders and orders over 500
tags, please inquire for order processing time - shipping is always free.  

Refund and Cancellation Policies
SimplyTags.com offers a full refund for any damaged tags or engraving errors should they occur. Customers seeking a refund should send an email to
refunds@simplytags.com and describe the problem. A customer service representative will handle your request and respond promptly.

Cancellations
Once an order is submitted and finalized, we can only cancel or alter an order on a "best efforts" basis. If you discover that you've made an error in your
entries, and would like to alter your engraving request, immediately send an email to
errors@simplytags.com describing your request. We will make
every effort to honor your request, but in the event the tag has been engraved at the time of your request, we will not be able to cancel the order.
